Our plant is located at Lucknow in Northern India. Lucknow is at a distance of 490 km from New Delhi which is about 45 minutes by air. Our plant is a short, 5 minute drive from the Airport. Fusion produces 80,000 square meters of flex circuits per annum. The plant area is 5,000 square meters.The entire manufacturing process is in-house and only hard-tooling is subcontracted.
Through the use of the latest technologies, Fusion fulfills the demand for tolerances, complexity, reliability and development, as well as ensuring short delivery times. The production process is done using equipment from world leaders such as IS, Schmid, Klingenberg, Amada, PAL, etc. A separate list of machines with photographs is available on request.
According to laws concerning prohibition of lead, Fusion has installed immersion silver and ENIG lines. Production lines are organized in large, well-lit, air-conditioned spaces and this ensures the best working conditions for personnel.
